Intelligent System of Operation Excellence：ISOx focus on operation of mill production, communication upstream to ERP, receive KPI related to production from ERP and send production reports to ERP. Communication downstream to automation system and operator input, receive process data from automation and sent production demand to automation system. The system will produce products orders, production scheduling, production tracking, trim optimization, quality management, inventory/delivery management. By optimization on overall business flow, and modern IT technology, ensure that production are in their way with lean and excellence.
